Stokken Holdings
Lewistown residents and business owners tackled a blighted building in the downtown Lewistown business district. After considerable time and energy, this project is now home to a thriving physical therapy business and blossoming fitness and wellness studio.
TIF investment was used for façade work to improve the aesthetics of the store and window and door upgrades to ensure energy efficiency as well as safety and security.
All of the work was performed by local contractors, contributing to Central Montana economic resiliency and improvements like this are bound to encourage additional investment.

- $100,000 private investment
- Added 2 new businesses
- Sidewalk repair for public use
- Replaced 3 blighted storefronts
