Cities and towns cannot function without sufficient funding. It’s as simple as that.
If the same language of the bill were to be introduced at a city council meeting… “There would be hours of public testimony into the night”
Currently, the bill would apply to seven cities – Belgrade, Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula
